The spindle is driven by high-power motor with high power and high torque, which can achieve high-precision heavy cutting even at low speed. The feed system adopts ball screw with enlarged diameter and pre-stretched, which can increase the rigidity of the screw and effectively prevent the thermal deformation of the screw. X/Y axis adopts imported heavy load linear guide rail, Z axis adopts rectangular hardened plastic guide rail, low wear, high load, to ensure the long-term usage of machine tool precision, and significantly improve the cutting precision and rigidity. The distance between the center of the spindle and the guide surface of Z axis is short, which greatly reduces the turning torque and improves the rigidity.
